Refund policy


It is essential that the products have not been used and are in perfect condition. It will always be the customer's responsibility to provide the appropriate packaging to make the return shipment and that the products arrive in perfect condition.

If the returned items are in poor condition, Dosaes reserves the right to make a partial refund of the amount of the items.

The period to return an item is 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order. In no case will the shipping costs already paid be refunded. Only the amount of the products will be refunded.

Can I return my purchase and receive a refund?

If the products have not been used and are within 30 days for exchanges and returns, you can return your products and receive the refund you paid for the products.

In the event that, by mistake, your order does not include all the items you have requested, no refunds are made, a new shipment will be made with the missing products.

How and when will I receive the amount of my refund?

Once the return is approved and made, you will receive the amount in the same payment method with which you made your purchase within one to three working days.


All DOSAES items have a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery of the order. The warranty will only apply in those cases in which there is a manufacturing defect, and the damage has not been caused by misuse.
