RETURNS & EXCHANGES

The deadline for making product exchanges and returns is 30 days from the delivery of the order and the procedure is as follows:

You can request the change by sending us an email to info@dosaes.com, telling us which products you want to return and which products you want to purchase.
When you receive the new order, the delivery person will pick the products that you want to return.
Return shipping costs are free and the shipping costs of the new order are at your expense.
In case the reason of the exchange is due to a product defect, all shipping costs will be free.
Returns or changes are not accepted for personalized products (engravings, packaging, cards, etc.)
