In order to make an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
· The products to be returned for the exchange must be within the period for making changes and returns. This period is 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order.
· The products to be returned for exchange must be in perfect condition and must not have been used. In the event that the returned product is not in perfect condition, Dosaes reserves the right to make a partial refund of the amount of said product. In no case will the original shipping costs of the order be refunded. Despite the different control processes, if you have not received all the items in your order, refunds will not be made, a new shipment will be made with the missing products.
To request the processing of an exchange, write us an email to info@dosaes.com indicating your order number or full name and attaching a photo of the product you want to exchange. Our customer service team will assess your case and respond to you as soon as possible. It is the direct responsibility of the customer to provide adequate packaging during transportation of the return and ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. If the reason for the change is because you are not satisfied with the products:
· For peninsular orders, we will process a new order with shipping costs, while the return costs will be free. At the time of delivery of the new order, the return collection is carried out.
