EXCHANGES

You have 15 days since the delivery of your order to exchange your products and the procedure is as follows:

Peninsular orders

• You have to write an email to us to info@dosaes.com, for us to create a new order with the products you want to exchange.

• When you receive the new order, the delivery person will pick the products that you want to return.

• Return shipping costs are free and the shipping costs of the new order are at your expense.

• In case the reason of the exchange is due to a product defect, all shipping costs will be free for you.

• Exchanges of products purchased from the Last Chance collection or last-unit promotions such as Now or Never are not accepted.

Balearic and Canary Islands orders

• You have to write an email to us to info@dosaes.com, for us to create a new order with the products you want to exchange.

• You have to take the return to a Correos office with a shipping label we will generate

• Return shipping costs are free of charge and the shipping costs of the new order are at your expense.

• In case the reason of the exchange is due to a product defect, all shipping costs will be free for you.

• Exchanges of products purchased from the Last Chance collection or last-unit promotions such as Now or Never are not accepted.

Other countries and zones orders

• Exchanges are not accepted, only returns.

 

 

 

RETURNS
