We extend the deadline for exchanges and returns until January 15, 2021, for all orders placed between November 23 and December 31
The following aspects must be met to make an exchange:
· The products to change of your order must be within the term to make changes and returns. This period is 15 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order.
· The products to change from your order must be in perfect condition and must not have been used.
· The products in your order must be under warranty. The guarantee is 3 months from the date of delivery of the order, so that, in the event of manufacturing defects, a period of three months must not have been exceeded.
In the event that the product has a defect caused by misuse, assessed by our customer service team, the warranty will be void and no changes can be made. To keep your jewelry as the first day, visit our jewelry care section.
To request the processing of a change, write us an email to info@dosaes.com indicating your order number or full name and attaching a photo of the product you want to change. Our customer service team will assess your case and respond to you as soon as possible.
If the reason for the change is because the product is not what is expected, the customer must bear the cost of the change shipping costs, which will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed for the products. The cost is as follows:
· Exchanges made in Spain and Portugal (except Madeira and Azores): 3.99€.
· Exchanges made in other countries and areas: price on request.
If the reason for the change is due to a fault in the product, Dosaes will bear the cost of the shipping costs of the change.

In the event that the returned product is not in perfect condition, Dosaes reserves the right to make a partial refund of the amount of said product. In no case will the original shipping costs of the order be refunded.
Despite the different control processes, if you have not received all the items in your order, no refunds will be made, a new shipment will be made with the missing products after conducting the relevant investigation.
