Shipping policy
Shipments will be processed in the corresponding order so that they can be delivered according to the type of shipment chosen. Orders placed from 2 p.m.1 will be processed the next business day. In the case of orders placed on Friday from 2 p.m.1 will be prepared and sent from Monday.
In periods of high volume of shipments or delays of the transport company, dosaes is not responsible for the fact that your order does not arrive within the period established in the type of shipment selected by the customer.
In the event that, once shipped, the package has not been delivered within 15 days, the package will be returned to dosaes, who will refund the amount of the order except for the shipping costs generated.

Shipments to Switzerland, Brazil and Russia are temporarily unavailable for logistical reasons.
According to the International Trade Regulations, Dosaes is not responsible for the customs costs that are generated in the country of destination.
Transport costs as well as free transportation for some countries exclude islands or territories that are difficult to access. In this case, the order would be subject to a personalized quote including the best transport quote, which would be sent to the customer for approval. If it is not accepted, we will proceed to the full refund of the amount paid and cancellation of the order.
